Is the Beachfront Family Villa really beachfront in Koh Samui?

Yes. De Mar is our only truly beachfront villa, with direct access onto a calm, gently shelving, shallow, safe-swimming sandy beach in Maenam, no road and no path between you and the bay.

Does this sea view villa in Koh Samui have a sea view from the bedrooms?

Both king bedrooms have full sea views, and the rooftop garden has a Jacuzzi that takes in the full sweep of the bay, the property’s best sea view.

It is our largest villa at ≈ 150 m², with two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a rooftop garden: the most space of any Cape Beach Villa unit.

Does it work for a family of four?

Yes. De Mar sleeps four adults, with a sofa bed for one more or space for up to two children aged twelve or under, and à-la-carte breakfast is included for every guest.

Is there a Jacuzzi, and where is it?

There is a private Jacuzzi on the rooftop garden, set above the villa for the full sweep of the bay (the terrace has none). Guests also have a private beach and access to one shared sea-view pool.

Late in the day, the sun drops toward the islands of Ang Thong, a different colour every evening, watched from the sand, the sea-view pool, or your own Jacuzzi. Back inside, the bed is turned down, with water and something sweet beside it.
