Noi’s story
Cape Beach Villa is new: eleven villas built from the ground up and opened in 2024, at the quiet end of the Maenam bay. What guests write about, though, isn’t how new it is. It’s the feeling: staff who are there before you need them, a welcome that treats you like family, the quiet certainty that you’re never just a room number. Noi runs it personally, and it shows in the small things. Most guests leave already planning the next stay.
We chose Bantai Beach, the calm end of the Maenam bay, because the water here is gentle and forgiving. It's a calm, gently shelving, shallow, safe-swimming sandy beach where you can wade out a long way and it stays shallow. This is the quiet side of Koh Samui, away from the crowds, with the islands of Ang Thong on the horizon and a different sunset over the sea every evening.
Built from the ground up and opened in 2024: eleven villas in five categories, from the ≈ 90 m² Duplex Villa to the ≈ 150 m² Beachfront Family Villa, De Mar, with its rooftop Jacuzzi. Guests keep mentioning the care in the details. Every villa has its own private Jacuzzi and shares one sea-view pool, so each stay keeps the privacy of your own villa with people on hand whenever you need them.
The thing guests repeat most is that they felt at home: “a home away from home”, “treated like family”. That’s the whole idea.
